Led by Cliff Woodward this was the second of our Wild Wednesdays in 2013. This walk was also part of the Bristol 99 Project.

After a wet afternoon the light evening rain gradually moved away to leave an ideal evening to explore the nature reserve and talk about the potential for an Eastwood Farm salad to be added to Beese's menu.

Our thanks to Cliff for a very informative evening.

A big thank you also to Beese's Riverside Bar & Tea Gardens for their support of the Wild Wednesday's.

More Wild Wednesdays:

• Wed 26th June 7.30pm - Bugs & Beasties hunt with Rupert Higgins

• Wed 31st July 7.30pm - Trees and other wildlife with Ed Drewitt

• Wed 28th August 7.30pm - Moth hunt with Rupert Higgins

• Wed 25th September 7.30pm - Owl Prowl with Ian McGuire

No need to book - just turn up

Coffee or tea will be available at Beese's after the walks.

Meet in in Beese's car park - directions on Beese's website.

Beese's ferry will be running from Conham
(from approx 15 min before the walk start time - and they will take you back afterwards!).
