A fun summer afternoon by the river at Eastwood Farm Local Nature Reserve organised by Friends of Eastwood Farm and Beese's Riverside Bar & Tea Gardens with the help of Friends of Troopers Hill.
Thank you to Robert from Highcroft Vets who acted as judge for the afternoon. Highcroft Vets were also offering free microchipping.
The afternoon included the official presentaion of cheques by Ma & Pa Beese's of £700 each to Susan of Friends of Troopers Hill and Richard of Friends of Eastwood Farm. These kind donations (a share of taking from Beer Festival tickets) will ensure that both groups will be able to continue to organise events on their sites next year.
